TERMS OF USE

Use this site honestly.

These terms cover the HedgeHacks website, accounts, and applications. They are not a ticket contract.

Last updated 5 October 2026. This is our current practice, not a substitute for independent legal advice.

The site

HedgeHacks provides this website so people can learn about a planned free hackathon, create an account, and apply or send an inquiry. Event dates are listed. Venue and location are TBA. Nothing here guarantees admission.

Accounts

You are responsible for the email and password you use. Do not create an account for someone else without their permission. We may close accounts used for abuse or spam.

Applications

Submitting an application does not reserve a seat. We may accept, waitlist, or decline applications. You must agree to the Code of Conduct and the media notice on the form. You keep ownership of work you create at the event, as described in the guidelines.

No payment

Attendance is free. This site does not sell tickets or take payment. See payments.

Content

Site copy, illustrations, and the hedgehog mascot are for HedgeHacks. Company logos on the sponsors page are trademarks of their owners and mark outreach targets only, not confirmed partners.

Contact

hedgehack.org@gmail.com. These pages describe current practice for a U.S. community hackathon. Venue, governing law, and a lawyer-reviewed version are still TBA.
