The participant understands that an in-person hackathon may involve prolonged computer use, overnight attendance, shared equipment, meals, workshops, and ordinary risks associated with travel and group events. The participant agrees to follow venue, safety, and organizer instructions.
Participants remain responsible for personal medication, belongings, transportation, and deciding whether an activity is appropriate for them. HedgeHacks will publish emergency, accessibility, venue, and insurance information before attendance is confirmed.
Applicants under 18 require a separate parent or guardian signature. An applicant checking the form box does not constitute guardian consent.
